I’m all moved into my new room. It’s really awesome. If anyone’s curious as to how it looks, I can… Put pictures up on Facebook or something.
Even though I’ve noticed I have a lot of stuff, my room is spacious, so it doesn’t feel like I have a lot of stuff. I really hope I don’t shop much more from now on… =_=
My roommates are really cool. Kimi, I’ve known her since elementary school, so I’m comfortable with being around her. My other roommate, Chris, he’s really chill. Very outgoing and funny, so it was really easy to become friends with him. I think I gave off the impression that I’m kind of a hermit at first because I mostly just stayed in my room, but that was because I was crazy organizing my room.
I’ve been so busy, holy shit. I came home last night at like 3AM after Cheng Cheng’s bbq party. So tired. But there was a lot of good food, so that’s awesome. I have a lot of other errands to run, but unfortunately, it’s the weekend and the bank is closed. I should’ve done this earlier.
All of my mangas fit after buying the huge Billy bookcase. :D Ahaha. I left all of my Shonen Jumps and Ribon magazines at home because I don’t read them and there’s no way I’m gonna be able to keep them anywhere here. My dad then apparently told people at Robata about it and now, Akemi-san and Yui want to keep them for a while to read them and then Hiroki-san’s girlfriend wants to read it after them. XD Wtf, community mangas…? Well, I’m glad that people will enjoy my childhood collection.
I got hired at Kazoo Sushi Restaurant, I think. I had my interview today and I suppose they’re gonna try and figure out my training schedule and then I’ll work as a cashier for a little bit and then become a waitress. But it’s kinda funny because I applied to the one within walking distance, however, it looks like they want me to work at the one in Campbell. That’s fine, it’s just an 11 minute drive, but still, haha, I just find that a little weird. Everyone is impressed with my Japanese, which I’m happy about, but seriously, my polite Japanese is still pretty awkward. I think I’m gonna be working on Mondays, Wednesdays, and either a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I hope I’ll be able to make some Japanese friends that aren’t almost double my age. XD
I have a job interview at Kaita Sushi on Monday too… I want to go, just in case my schedule with Kazoo doesn’t work out. But I’ll pick Kazoo over Kaita. They don’t use a computer system, which kinda annoys me. I’m too used to using a computer system. I hope it’ll be okay…
