Bleach Stylin’

I saw an ad for it on LJ and I was like, “Psh, wuteva, I already have a lot of nice Bleach stuff.” But I looked just out of curiosity and DAMN, there’s some sweet shit. I fell in love with this bag though. I’d totally use it too. It’s SO awesome. I’m so excited!!

Tell Me Your Secret

My legs are so tired. I love working at Border’s because everyone’s really friendly and nice and I’ve made some cool friends. But it’s such an exhausting job.

Today, I was register-trained with 2 other people. God, it was pretty complicated. I really hate dealing with returns, coupons, and teacher/corporate sales. I guess I hate dealing with anything other than normal purchases. Me and the rest of the inventory team were just like, “Oh dear God, I hope I never have to work at the register.” Poor Alex… He’s also another inventory dude and he’s a chill guy. He really didn’t want to do the register, but he was scheduled for an hour to do it. So he tried and one of the first customers that he had to ring up had a teacher discount, but needed to sign up for it and he didn’t put the discount in the first time through, so he had to do the return and have her re-buy the book and it was on credit. He was trying really hard, but he kept making mistakes, so one of the cashiers kicked him off and he joined us in the register training again with an extremely red face. :( Awww, the poor guy.

And then we went on a 10 minute break and Alex is this REALLY crazy talented chess player. Like, he’s in one of the top 20th percentile in the world, well, according to him. But I watched him and Jonathan play a speed chess match and WOW. It was so fast, I just could not comprehend.

Then at the end of work, I bought a Post Secret book. I read it while I was walking home and now, it’s my most favorite book out of the books I own.

I love the concept. I would for sure reveal all of my secrets, if I could. But only to total strangers. I don’t know, it doesn’t make a lot of sense. That’s why I really liked Diary-X. A bunch of strangers visited it everyday and so I felt comfortable and I found blogging so much fun. It’s an odd concept, I want to tell secrets without having the feeling that someone I know will find out and somehow use it against me or something. Well, not even that. It’s very hard to explain.

I have a lot to do, but there’s not enough hours in a day.

I LOVE THE GREAT MALL IN SAN JOSE. Jesus Christ, I want to save up like $200 and just go crazy. Though, $200 won’t get me much, but since it’s an outlet mall, I’ll get more than I would at retail stores.

Lying Mirrors

I get ideas and inspiration. Problem is, which style do I draw it in? Anime or semi-realism?

I like Mr. Children a lot. But then again, who doesn’t like Mr. Children? I’m addicted to Seasaw Game at the moment. So catchy.

I work 26 hours a week for Borders, I think. D: Eight hour shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. Christ. The discounts are nice, but I looked and it says only 10% discount on comics. :\ Oh well. I’ll probably buy CDs more than anything.

For some reason, I really love this one. It doesn’t look like him, but I’m growing fond of this style.

Wake Up, It’s Today

I went to bed at around 5:30 last night, which meant 1.5 hours of sleep. =_= God, I’m tired. But I can’t really nap because I have job training at Border’s at 4:30 and I still need to eat lunch and shower. Blargh.

I had something that I wanted to write about… I can’t seem to remember at the moment though. :( Damnit.

I’m trying to draw this couple in ballroom fancy outfits, but I’m having trouble with the girl’s top half of the dress and her arm. I don’t know how people dance at balls… D:

Codexed is gonna be PHP now. That makes me infuriated. PHP might be nice to maintain, but that’s what I don’t like about WordPress. Ugh, I want the old DX customization. Goddamnit! That’s why I gave up on Livejournal, Xanga, and all those other blog sites!

The new J-drama, Nodame Cantabile, is apparently, based off of the manga. I’ve seen it, but I’m not really fond of the artist’s style, so I never looked into it. But maybe I will now. Nodame Cantabile is pretty good so far. The main girl annoys the SHIT out of me though! I don’t know if I can stand her for the next few weeks.

Wait, Sayonara by Orange Range was their song for their break-up? WAIT WHAT?! WHAT?!! NO FUCKING WAY.

Oh, phew. It’s just a rumor. Thank you, Wikipedia and OrangeRange.com. Saved me from a heart attack and major heartbreak. I love Sayonara. It’s such a sad song. I prefer Orange Range’s ballads over their other songs.
